All goods that are returned must be accompanied by a list of items, invoice number or account number to which they were supplied within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange your product immediately, or if you prefer a refund will be made direct to your debit / credit card.

A certificate of posting must be obtained for returns, supplied free of charge by the post office. Credit for lost returns will not be given unless a certificate of posting is obtained.

Goods returned under complaint should be returned to us within 28 days of receipt quoting the invoice number, we will arrange to exchange or refund the cost of your goods. However this does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
